I Need Good Breeding Stock Options

I live in Los Angeles, California. I've bred many different fish in the past, but I'm just starting with goldfish. I want to breed ryukins, but I don't know where to buy quality breeding stock. I want to find ryukins with high bodies (1:1 ratio or higher), and great coloring--maybe even some unique scale coloring.

Can anyone tell me where to look, who to talk to, etc? I'm willing to buy young fish or already grown fish. I'm very patient. I'll do big water changes annd give them lots of tank space.
