Mh Advise Options

I'm thinking of getting a MH light set in the near future but I'm confused with all the terms used.

Can anyone please advise ?

Questions like :
- How many K bulb required for green water ? ( there are 10K, 14K, 20K, etc.... )
- What is the difference between single ended and double ended MH ?
- Which is most expensive part in a MH light set, the light bulb, the set ( holder ), the ballast ?
- Price range for a 150W set and a 250W set ?
- How long does the light bulb last ?


BTW, any bros out there using MH light at home for green water ???
