HAPPY NEW YEAR



4 YEAR I TRY .. I HAVE MADE IMPORTS FROM CHINA , BECAUSE I WORSHIP THE GOLDFISH AND I WANT TO LEARN MORE. I HAVE ORANDA' RANCHU' FANTAIL' LIONHEAD' PEARL SCALE' BUTTERFLY' RYUKIN' BLACK MOOR' POM POM' BUBBLE EYE' AND OTHERS . IN ALL THE FISHES BECAME THE PREVENTIVE TREATMENTS WHEN IT CAME. I CANNOT OCCUPY BECAUSE IN THE 100 FISHES THAT I TOOK THE 80 PRESENTED lethargic, HALF FROM THEM AFTER 10-30 DAYS DROPSY. BUT THEY REMAIN STILL IN THE water bottom NOT MOVE OR THEY HAVE DIED. 4 YEARS I DO NOT KNOW WHY.
HAS NO ONE IDEA WHY THE FISHES FROM CHINA HAVE SO MUCH BIG PROBLEM
I HAVE 60 TANK'S AND CAPACITY THEY IS 100 TONS WATER
I WILL HEAR EACH IDEA FOR WHAT IT CAN HIM CAUSE THIS

You have so many tanks? Wow, I really envy you.

I'm not an expert and I guess the real experts will come in later to help you. Not much information provided by you about your problem but let me try ..Sounds like your fishes are stressed or ill but I am not sure why they are still not stable after 4 years.. Have you checked the water parameter in your tanks, like PH, NH3/No3, GH, KH, etc.

One suggestion is that when you import goldfish from China, try to record the parameter measurements of the water in order to achieve consistency between your water and those water from China.

Diet, biomass, water condition (frequency of water change) may all play a role.

Most fishes that we can buy aren't in the best shape. They keep the good ones for themselves for breeding. Try a local breeder to see if you get healthier ones.

WITH BIG ATTENTION I HAVE VERY GOOD PARAMETERS IN THE FISHES.
THEY EAT THAT BETTER IT EXISTS FROM FOODS
IN 2002 I TOOK GOLDFISH FROM SINGAPORE. GLOBALLY THEY PRESENTED VERY SMALL PROBLEMS .
THE 2005---2008 I TOOK GOLDFISH FROM CHINA. MOST FISHES FROM THE FIRST DAYS PRESENTED THE COMMON PROBLEM, LETHARGIC, AND DROPSY.
FROM THE 1000 FISHES I HAVE ONLY 250.
FROM SINGAPORE THE 80% ARE LIVE NOW
I HAVE LIVE FISHES FROM CHINA IN 2005 ONLY 20
THEIR PROBLEMS I BELIEVE THAT THEY IS INTERNAL. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY IS WHAT CAN KILL SO MUCH FISHES. IT KEEPS IN LETHARGIC FROM ONE MONTH UP TO ONE YEAR. STILL IN THE BOTTOM NOT MOVE .

Dear Lobster,it is most unfortunate that you experienced great loss in your Chinese imports.I think the element of quarantine is very important in ensuring proper acclimatisation and well being of your new buys.The holding facilities of your agent play an equally important role in ensuring surviviality and reduced mortality as well.Try to import from reputable and relialable source to minimise your losses.Singapore exercise good husbandry and quality control in their export in ornamental fishes,so that might explain your reduced morbidity or mortality rate.I have kept mostly Chinese fish(if you can see my postings) and each has to be properly quarantined before community introduction.So far the mortality rate is negligible.I must say I'm a great admirer of Chinese fish and certainly agree with you that they are simply beautiful and awesome in size!

To ME DELIVERED CLOSED BOXES MY AGENT IN THE AIRPORT 4 TIMES. 1 MONTH THEY REMAIN IN QUARANTINE EACH TIME. NEVER MIXED OLD WITH NEW FISHES FOR EVER. EVERY TYPE OF FISHES ARE ALONE IN PRIVATE TANK. THEY LIVE IN DIFFERENT PLACES.
PROCESSES MANY YEAR WITH FISHES BUT THIS COULD I CAN UNDERSTAND NEVER.
MANY THOUGHTS TURNING IN MY HEAD WHAT THEY IS WHAT CAUSES THE SYMPTOMS AND THE DEATHS IN THE DEPTH OF TIME.
1) LIKELY THEY HAVE ACCEPTED FROM VERY SMALL A LOT OF TREATMENTS
2) LIKELY FOR VARIOUS REASONS THEY HAD ERROR DIET AND VITAMINS
3) LIKELY EXISTS SOMEBODY VIRUS AND IS DIFFICULT TO BE DIAGNOSED
4) LIKELY EXIST BIG DEGENERATION AND THE FISHES THEY CANNOT LIVE MORE
I BELIEVE ALL TOGETHER
