Whoa! Solid!

I have seen a few of my ranchu turning slightly black in new green water but that's for only a few days.

Wah, can't wait to see what will happen next! shiok.gif

wah piang, is that it's natural colour or due to the bad water? 1 week is kinda short for such drastic change. but still very cool haha shiok.gif

Those color change is impressive ....wow..

I have successful done similar thing by a different approach....

I notice the change in color have very much to do with the fish surrounding, I have one tank that is surrounded by black oyama paper on the 3 side of the tank plus base. The color of the fish will change to darker due to dark enviroment. My bronze Ryukin become charcoal Black in a week and the orange ryukin becomes intense dark orange or Red..... just one week and u see it results..... I also feed them top grade Koi food that have very high sprulina content. The white become silk smooth white and the red becomes bright dark red. smile.gif

I am sure many know what Sprulina is, Sprulina + Black environment = similar results to green water.......

Please comment freely everyone !!

Cheers
