Hi,
Anyone keeps Pleco (Sucker Fish) in there tank together with ranchus? Is it advisable? I am thinking that getting one might help clear the poos of the fishes. However, I have some doubt... Should I QT a pleco for as long as a goldfish (1 month)? How should I know if a pleco is sick? White Spot might be easier to see but what about gill disease, internal bacteria, etc? |

Hello guys,
I am new here. just to share what i know I have sucker fish inside my fountain with the goldfish. if u really want to put it in, i suggest you buy those small one which will not grow big. I asked the lady in the aquarium shop before buying it. These type of sucker fish will not bite goldfish and they are hiding most of the time. It costs abt $1.5 each. If u r not sure, it will be good to ask the shop keeper abt it. just my 2 cents worth of suggestion. P/S: I bought it at chinatown where i used to stay and still go there often. Locate at the 2nd storey. |
