Bad meh ??? I find it still bearable cos the back is very smooth, but no head growth sad.gif and the environment ( gravel ) -> no.gif

Just my 2 cents worth for a newbie tongue.gif

hehe, body and head proportion a bit out. no head growth....

Overall not a good fish.

The "curve down" point comes too early, causing about half the fish body to be curving down. This point should be nearer to the tail and the curve down portion of a fish body should constitute to about 1/3 of the fish body only. In addition, it has got high back. All these contributed to the odd body shape.

Yes the curve is smooth but that's the only plus point.

No head. And it doesn't look like it is going to grow much either.

Gravel is not a good idea. And try to keep as little ornament (the mini castle) in the tank as possible. They could sometimes injure your fishes as they play around.

a really terrible specimen....
no headgrowth, angle of tail is out

The fish is only a baby, he's 2 1/2 inch long (without tail) and he's Chinese Ranchu, not the Japanese, so he's not going to really have wen.

The ornament's measurement is 3inch X 5 inch tall, in a 55 gallon US tank.
