http://www.kyouiku.nrc.gamagori.aichi.jp/fish/ishidai.html  Maybe it is ST's cousin living in the sea  If you cook TVR or Tosakin in curry, it might taste the same as curry fish head But it is how you eat it... point is... don't eat part of it, then throw the poor fish back into the water and let it die of pain... watching you eat its flesh in curry and say "your meat taste fresh and yummy".  |
