What's your feeding schedule like har? May have to cut down a little. The ammonia level in this tub is probably pretty high. How about keeping just one fish in it? May help reducing the ammonia level.

morning lor, i onli feed in the morning for green water, at most 20 pellets .. small pellets somemore (tats why not growing .. haha)

my guess its a lot is due to me not changing the green water .. it is soooo green that it started to stink.. but strange lei.. i dun have ammonia lei .. [stretch head] .. the strip reads normal wor ..

careful hor. ammonia alert meter has a life span of 6-8 months(?) The thing is.. it's designed for clear water. You have seen how quickly alage can stick onto the walls and floor of your tub. They won't spare your ammonia alert meter hor. I really don't know how corrosive they are on that patch of chemical on the meter. That's why I leave my meter in clear water only and dip it in green water for a quick check.

Come to think about it... the act of sharing the meter between tubs may not be a good idea hor. Whoops.
