Even though it looks super long, this seems normal. Goldfish tend to poo long strings. This guy must have had a lot to eat! And he looks like a larger Goldfish, so he's probably fine.

I agree, it just looks like this oranda had a lot to eat. I'm more worried about the .. scary laughter at the end of the video..
