What? Nobody has anything to say?

Put your thoughts down even if they suck so long as you're being truthful. Newbies can also pen them; it helps to learn when others correct your views.

I'll start.

- tails bad
- cock eye
- body too short
- tummy too fat
- color faded
- eyes too big - stunt

A waste of time especially if this if it's a "nisai".

Hi bro
Mmmm not bad eh?These days many people re looking for mostly white JR.
This is so after several pcs of white JR won in the AJR recently.
For myself, I have a pc(30% red n 70% white) JR from Nara.Well it used to be but somehow now it has turned almost completely white now ohmy.gif
Has anyone ever experienced this strange thing?
Nah, it is a Nisai fish(big fella) n it has natural sunlight daily too. These 2 factors re not considered.Guess there is a lot to learn about JR.
Well this pc (as shown) will develop well if it is well groomed n nurtured in the right condition.Of course very much would depend on the genes of the parent fish.
Dun mind if I ask from Jap or Thail?
Quite hard to tell actually rolleyes.gif
Anyone knows how to tell the diff. between a JR from Jap or Thail??? :siaoleow

upon reading my posts (post #5), sound quite hostile. so i guess i have to explain a bit.

basically i would think that being able to "foresee" the development of a topview ranchu fish is a higher level knowledge than say identifying the origin of this particular ranchu.

Hi,

New to rafflesgold. Interested in Ranchu keeping. Will like to learn more about keeping and selecting ranchu. Rather prefer to see baby go tosai.

In regards to the picture,

Comments: 1. Not enough red or should i say not nice pattern of red .
2. Tail fins red pattern not balance.
3. Body a bit short and plump.
4. Back not thick enough.

Other than that, I think it might be a good buy lor.
Out of curiosity, where can get cheaper thai or Jap topview Baby if anyone knows?

Cheers beg2.gif
