Nice looking head, but that's not what defines a topview ranchu.
The tails looks bad; wrong shape/structure. The peduncle and backbone way too thin. This fish can't swim like a topview should. Good novelty "topview" fish if you have a fetish for head. |

looks like a thai fish. sure is a jap or not ? or got it from those thailand spawned jap bloodline.
