U guys very niao leh. Actually this fish looks not too bad. Slightly over-developed, but owner should be able to control.

Care to elborate further? Can I assume that the fish is over-developed in the cheek at his age?

To give you an exemple of a fantastic Tosai that also can become a good Nisai and Oya. This is a Tosai Ranchu bred by Mr. Kawai. It was 6th at the Okayama Ranchu Show 2004.
