Hi everybody, need some advise here, hope you could advise me. I have a 3ft tank of the following configuration;
atman cf1200 cannister filter(ceramic rings;substrate pro;biohome) 2 roka boy filter (additional mechanical filter) 1 uv light contents: orandas, ryukins & black moor The water in the tank is crystal clear; but cannot understand why is there a tinge of green color in the water; tank is not under direct sunlight  PH is around 7 - 8. Can anyone please advise? Thank you. |

hi goofy, sorry, i am not too sure how u could managed to get a green tint in your water. Initially thought your UV could be a blue light, but now a different story. Probably a photo of your tank would help us understand.
Do provide as much information as possible. |

filter not established?
dunno le.. maybe uv managed to keep the algae in check, but algae is still reproducing?  need more info |
