Sorry because of software glitches I cannot but have to merge the pics as a single post

The merger of posts is not a software glitch but rather an enhancement feature to the new version. Posts made by the same member in the same topic continuously, within 10min, will be merged automatically. This is a measure to help ease the work of moderators - We have been doing that manually all these while.

So how am I going to write a caption for a partiular uploaded picture with all pic lumped in a single post.please advise

ok for eg

this morning topic where i post 5 images
The first 3 would have met almost its limit so i need to post first
Now the next 2 have to be posted with some text or message which i type the "next two"
When i view the initial images they appear fused as one and i get all images without a breakbut the sentence "the next two images" located after my main message and before all the photo which give no meaning to what i was trying to tell .

Ha? Isn't that better? You do not need to write "the next 2 pictures" in another post.

Upload pictures, when limits reached, reply with another post and continue to upload pictures. When it is done, it will automatically be merged with your previous post. Doesn't mean that because you reached a limit with first post, that you cannot post a second one until 10 mins later. Your limit is doubled when you do a second post. So in one post you have twice the limit set.

yes I continue to upload with the remainig pic in the next post but when i press add reply....it come up with a pop-up to include a message text before i can reply.....so i just type something in order to post

Maybe use "Enjoy..."?

Or if you already know you've reached the limit in post #1, then save the last sentence of post #1 to post #2. Such things are at your discretion.

Unread Posts Issue

After the upgrade, I am sure many of you face this problem of having all forums/topis/posts marked as "UNREAD".
For example, the forum icon for a forum that has no new post after your last vist should look like this

This means that there is at least one NEW post in a forum AFTER you last visited.

To resolve this, go to the forum index and click "Mark all posts as read" found slightly below the center of page (above Board Statistics)



After doing this, the board's "check new posts" function will be able to serve you better ;)

Don't worry, it is supposed to work this way. This is a new function which helps members who
- don't know how to use the button
- never knew such thing existed
