This is not a good specimen.Very poor tail, drooping.Tail should be erect.

Looks stunted too.

I agree that this fish may be stunted !!! Poor tail, no wen development, not a good specimen, sorry.

I got her for free, she was very small and colourless.
The tail has always been incorrect, but I'm very happy that she grew and became more colourful.

Does every Ranchu must have a wen?

Yes. Should have a wen. But calico fish don't generally develop as much wen as others. Still, should be some wen growth.
