Hello Everyone,
I am from Brisbane, Australia and have not long started adding Goldfish to my new 8,000 Litre pond I am making at one side of our house. You can see my step by step construction photos by viewing our online photo album. www.kenrussell.com.au and click on Our Photo Album then scroll down to the Album called New Pond and Deck Construction. Hope this gives anyone an idea of how to do something similar.

At the moment I have around 60 Goldfish and about 20 Native Fish. Hoping to learn more and more about GoldFish from this Forum.

Keep Smiling

Ken

Hello FishChick, yes I remember you too ;-) Only from reading all your posts and comments from the betta forum.

Pond is going well thanks, all the Goldfish have bred so I have hundreds of babies which is good, added a few other species ( Longfin Golden Danio's , Longfin Rosy Barbs, Albino BN, Golden Suckers, just to name a few ) hoping to get good breeding stocks over the next 12 months. Amazing how its warmed up so quickly!!!

Just designing the Hydroponic System ( Aquaponic's as its known when you use Fish ) so will be growing all our own Vegi's using the Pond water, then the plants help Filter the water so they help keep the pond clean while the fish help feed the plants, magical system!!!!!

Let me know if your ever other south side and you'll have to pop in for a look ;-) We'll have to catch up sometime so you can tell me all about the Betta's and your business ;-)

Keep Smiling

Ken
