Green Water: Not Telling

I am a newbie - and have read all the newbie posts

MY fish have literally been in my tank for approx 30 hours -

I have 2 orandas, and a black goldfish (sorry cant remember species) and 4 tiny minnows...

One of the minnows has started to lay very still at the bottom of the tank and then suddenly dart around the tank and then stop again.

Is this a PH thing? How come only one of the fish has reacted like this?

What should I do?

Thank you!!!
