I believe there is a way of doing it yourself nicely.

I have never tried it before but I was advised by some bros some time back to use soap water as medium between the Oyama Paper and tank surface.

- Spray some soap water on the tank surface and paste the oyama paper over it.
- Then use a long ruler or some flat object to wipe across the paper to squeeze out the bubbles.

Doing this will also help in later stage when you want to remove the Oyama Paper, as you can then peel it off very easily.

You know those 'wiper like' things that window cleaners use?Your wife may have one.Use that to spread the soap water over, then use a ruler to push the bubbles to the edge and out.

i see no point in paying somebody for this task. you would be wasting your money.
if you are finding it difficult, get somebody to help. 2 person doing would make the task easier.
if the paper is already sticked on, its a case of "too bad" most of the time. if the bubbles are really big and unsightly, try this method - use a iron wrapped with cloth and iron over it. it Might help. but take care not too hot. don't know whether the plastic will melt.
