Hi,
Nice fish, body is quite proportional and not short. Headgrowth is just right, peduncle and tail looks good.

hello,

I think overall looks good.
I wish the body can be stronger and scale can be smaller.
Hope it has the potential to become better.
Please share with us again.

Thanks,

This is a fine piece of TVR.

What first caught my eyes is the unique colouration. Its head being white and futans red is quite uncommon. And also from the photos, the colour looks symmetrical, which is a good thing, of course.

Scales look ok. 2 irregular pieces. Cannot be too picky on this.

Another thing is the peduncle, it would be nicer if it is thicker.
Frankie
Wow, its been quite a while that we get to see a very nice Tosai TVR.But, I am not too sure whether the eyes looks a little big for its size and age.

Good proportioned and looked balanced; if the pectoral fins are coloured would be better.

It has been a while since the last time a fish of this quality hit this site. Overall balanced. If I want to be picky........eyes seems proportionately larger and more body mass........thank you for sharing..

A beautiful balanced piece. I like it overall, head, body, peduncle, tail. Can let us know country bred and/or breeder?
GA Secretary
Thanks all for your comment. This fish from thailand. Breeder name is Chat Ranchu Art. His fish very popular in thailand.
Frankie
Thanks for sharing and letting us know the country bred and breeder good.gif

Thank you bros.

WOW excellent head growth....compaired to the last pic which where just taken 45days or so before. Did you keep it greenwater or clear water?
Frankie
colours looking better oranda.gif grooming well; what are you feeding it with and what type of filtration system do you use?
Frankie
No significant improvement.Pretty much the same after 1.5 months.
Frankie
Headgrowth is more defined now but other than that... looks pretty much the same. But considering that the update is only 2 months' time, this is quite a good improvement already.

How much has it grown in terms of length?

Hi Mr Secretary,
After studying the before and after pics of your lovely fish. I have lots of questions which maybe you can help. I believe your fish have been fed with some form of algae, but yet I don't understand why there's not much improvement on it's colour?
Do you use more live food then pellet?(good head growth without body mass?) What is the water depth of your tub?(tail look weaker then before?) Is the right shoulder of it's tail broken?(look ok in early pics?)
Apologise for the many questions, sure a good chance for me to learn thou! Very interesting! Anyway I like your fish! shiok.gif

Thanks & regards,

Thanks David,
1. I give them bloodworm more than pellet.
2. Water depth 15-20 cm.
3. It can not call "broken tail" If you saw the all japan got the tail like that also. May be you look at the books person is selling here.

I got that book also. Don't worry about that. Got alot to worry than that.

hello,

Thank you very much for making an effort to update us!
I wish to comment a little here.
I think great effort has made to develop this tosai with very obvious wen growth.
But I hope it can have a stronger body frame to become more balance.
As for the tail, it looks a little softer compared with the previous pic.
Please show us again.

Thanks in advance
