The last purchase before I ursher this Spring
Much prosperity and joy I hope this fish will bring
Lurking one corner at a shop called Rainbow
Swimming by itself with no one seems to know
Wonder why everyone give it a miss
Maybe ryukins are not in many keepers'wish list
With just one glance
I'm not taking any more chance
Soon it was in the bag
After some quick negotiation over its price tag
Look at its grace as it steers through the calm water
I'm sure you agree with me the RG doctor...

Actually this fish wasn't even displayed at the usual tanks but kept together with some old shipment.I kind of like its swimming but its head is a bit pointed though hmm.gif I thought I almost lose this fish because of self stripping of eggs.Luckily it wasnt a case of the fatal spawn binding. The eggs just simply leak and splatter as it swims and being held. Now it is eating well but still in isolation.Hopefully it will grow up much to my expectation. peace.gif

15 cm. is not medium size, but big size. For sure will reach 18 cm under your keeping methods.

Spring has yielded to summer
This piece has grown somewhat bigger
It has retained much of its original composure
Unless you can pick up otherwise with this video exposure
The colors have improved since day one
That I can't complain as it is nicely done
However this fish I find tis hard to bulk
I would prefer it becomes An Incredible Hulk
This should show how a good ryukin should swim
No head tilts, strong ,powerful and mighty trim
