Not quite everyone cup of tea
Not many appreciate what this fish may grow up to be
Nevertheless this is a chinese thorough-bred
A true giant is what you can really get
It may not have the refinement of the Thai
Still a great fish is never easy to come by........

I think it's already a giant (wah 20 cm).
What i admire about this fish is her stability.Most chinese ranchu don't have a good balance/swimming posture.They usually tilt head down when they stop swimming.But this fish is very stable.

did u get him or her as a small fish?

When I got this fish somewhere in the beginning of the year,it was already about 18 cm.I dont think I can grow small fish to this size sad.gif

I think it is rare and far in between to find a chinese ranchu of this size with a good back and reasonable tail carriage .So do expect to pay a premium price for it and I don't think it's song I like to sing about. biggrin.gif
