I was told by the LFS that sunlight, esp the UVA and UVB, is essential to maintain the good health of GFs, and it makes their hues more intense.

I have my tank placed in the hall as a dermacation, and whenever in the noon or bright afternoon, there will be reflection, but not that glaring, into the aquarium. Do these ray contain the aforesaid UV? Or do I need to get a lighting to mimic the sunshine?
