		Frozen green peas. $3.20 at Cold Storage. Fabulous supplement! To feed, defrost in a cup of tap water for 5 minutes. DO NOT COOK THEM. After defrosting, peel off the skin with your fingers, and press lightly to seperate the pea into two. Press harder to crush the pea a little if they're too big for your fish. It's normal for the fish to eat, chew, and spit out repeatly until the whole pea is gone.
