U guys very niao leh. Actually this fish looks not too bad. Slightly over-developed, but owner should be able to control.

Care to elborate further? Can I assume that the fish is over-developed in the cheek at his age?

Good or bad fish does not depends on how the parts grow, but the overall balance of growth. Such large growth might not be good for such a young fish, of course, nice for many hobbyists. Can be a good tosai with good outstanding features, but not easy to go pass nisai or oya stage. Keep it longer and observe the development. It's all up to individual objectives. |
