Dear poster

We received 2 pics of your ranchu.

But you did not include a pic that can prove you own the fish. Please do so by emailing it to us at ga@rafflesgold.com. Below is an example of how to take the pic.


Put a copy of the newspaper by the side of the tub/tank with the fish clearly in the background.

One of the many reasons why we impose this requirement is to prevent, for instance, LFS sending in their goods for appraisal. We also do not want to risk poking fun at a third party's collection; you know how frank and honest we can be and truth often hurts. You thus have to prove you own the fish and is liable for any claims that may arise if there's a dispute to its ownership.
