The head is the most impressive point for me on this fish.Its long and rectangular and will provide a good base for an impressive wen display.
The photo shot is no good to make decent appraisal of tail. However in the younger shot it shows good potential. Perhaps it could have been divided a bit more. Its hard to tell but is the tail core a little thickened in older shot? The colour intensity of the finns is superb. Good solid infusion right to the tip. Scales look neat at the front of the fish but for some reason become coarser at the rear. Perhaps maturity will improve.Its still a young fish. In conclusion a very nice fish. Unmistakably of good Japanese blood. Forrest. |
